- UCR is operated by the trio Noah Crabtree, Zach Mayer, and Willis Hoke. Coffee is a passion for us. Naturally, in discoursing on the beverage, we realized that roasting coffee was in our future. Noah's fanatic research and visionary engineering led us to build a unique roaster that cooks up one-pound batches. Our art thrives on our need to drink good coffee.
